Launched virtually on April 24, the training programme for 40 members of the university community, academics, administrators and managers of UNE, aims to ensure that those responsible for directing and managing the different areas, programmes and university projects, creatively use available resources, promote and accompany relevant and pertinent transformations, deploy and enhance institutional and political objectives in line with priority needs.
The diploma also seeks to ensure that this community achieves quality instances that have an impact on the academic, administrative and social life of the university and the Peruvian national university system as a whole. This programme also consolidates the links between the major teaching universities in the region.
The programme is composed of 4 modules, 3 workshops and discussions that offer conceptual, methodological and technical tools to improve the management of higher education institutions and support higher education policies in Peru.
The collaboration of these three institutions aims to improve the quality of higher education and to create cooperation networks that benefit the countries in the continuous improvement of university management.
