The Third World Higher Education Conference was held in Barcelona (Spain) last May. We must now ask ourselves about the significance of this event for Latin America and the Caribbean. With this objective in mind, the UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (IESALC) is organizing a webinar with the participation of some of the leading voices who experienced the debates during the Conference firsthand.
